Location : North-East Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate : $19–$22 / hour Employment Type : Full-Time Schedule : Monday–Friday | Work from home 1 day per week Dress Code : Casual
Job Description
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in North- East Indianapolis. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, with experience in processing vendor invoices and working in ERP systems such as JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) .
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for accounts payable functions.
- Prepare and process payments, including ACH and checks.
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies.
