We're looking for motivated Roofing Sales Consultants who want to help homeowners protect their homes while earning strong commissions. What You'll Do

• Build relationships with homeowners and identify their roofing needs.
• Conduct roof inspections, measurements, and photo documentation.
• Present professional proposals, close contracts, and coordinate installation.
• Maintain your sales pipeline and track activity in AccuLynx (CRM) .
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each job.
• Explain products, warranties, and the roof replacement process clearly.
• Represent Level Best Roofing's core values : Integrity, Accountability, Proactivity, Customer Focus, and Growth.

What You Bring

2+ years of outside sales experience (roofing or construction preferred).

Confident closer with strong communication and follow-through.

Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Organized, tech-savvy, and self-driven — you manage your own schedule.

A genuine motivation to solve customer problems and earn their trust.

Compensation

Job Type : W2

Pay Type : Base + Commission

Base Pay Range : $30,000 – $50,000 (commensurate with experience)

Projected Total Compensation : $65,000 – $150,000+ annually (uncapped)

Compensation package is based on experience, proven performance, and overall fit.

Commission Structure : Earn 10%–25% of the gross sale on closed and funded projects.
