Corporate Counsel with State Licensing

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its legal strategy and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review various business agreements to support company objectives

Provide corporate transactional support for new business opportunities and ensure compliance with FinTech regulations

Collaborate with senior leadership on legal matters and lead projects with outside counsel

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5-10 years of legal experience in FinTech or a related field

JD required

Experience in contract reviews and negotiations

Knowledge of general corporate matters and regulatory compliance

Ability to work independently and prioritize workflows effectively
