As a Staff SerDes AMS Design Engineer in the RFA Engineering Group, you’ll play a critical role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be deeply involved in various aspects of mixed-signal design, including working with data converters (ADC, DAC, TDC) and digitally controlled analog / RF circuits. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects and making a significant impact within a smaller, dynamic team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the development of cutting-edge O-RAN 5G digital radio solutions. If you are passionate about mixed-signal design and want to have a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time position based in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design : Engage in schematic capture, IC layout, simulation, package / PCB analysis, and creation of design documentation.
• Design Verification : Conduct detailed performance and functional measurements, troubleshooting and debugging design issues.
• Product Characterization : Collaborate with Characterization and Test Engineers to define, perform, and analyze product performance characterization.
• Production ATE Development : Work with Test Engineers to define and develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions, and support ramping for production.
• Product Support : Partner with Applications, Product, Test, and Manufacturing Engineers to address customer inquiries, resolve field failures, and contribute to yield improvement efforts.

Compensation And Benefits

At InnoPhase, our compensation package includes base pay and pre-IPO stock options. The base pay range for this role is between $140K-$225K. Your base pay will depend on the market, interview results, skills, qualifications, experience, education, and location.
