Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support strategic initiatives
Develop innovative solutions and conduct workshops to address customer needs
Lead proof-of-concept coordination and create materials to enhance presales efficiency
Required Qualifications
Over 6 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles
Experience supporting large enterprises with over 20,000 employees
Proficient in REST APIs and various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ITSMs, ERPs, HCMs, and CRMs
Experience with both Linux and Windows environments
