Job descriptionStrong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers. Active listening providing full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs. Effective problem-solving to analyze a situation, identify core issue and find effective solution. Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

$30 - $35 / hr
Length 8 weeks, possible extension
Education :
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
Skills :
Bilingual (facility specific).
Job Summary :
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years working in a call center environment within a healthcare setting—this includes clinics, diagnostics (preferred), medical offices, hospitals, or inpatient facilities
Customer Service Professional who handles incoming and / or outgoing calls.
