Manager Of Revenue Cycle Services

The Manager of Revenue Cycle Services is responsible for the direct oversight of the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, including specialized units such as Credit Balance, Over / Underpayment, and Correspondence. This role manages team performance, workflow, training, and quality assurance in partnership with the Supervisor of RCM. The AR Manager will work collaboratively with RCM leadership to improve collections, resolve payer issues, and support strategic initiatives to enhance revenue cycle performance and reduce cost per case.
