Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative :

• Engage with AT&T customers in Miami providing personalized customer service support.
• Address inquiries on AT&T mobile plans and wireless services
• Guide customers on AT&T products, services, and promotions to help them maximize their devices.
• Troubleshoot basic service issues, provide step-by-step solutions, and escalate complex concerns as needed.
• Build rapport with customers for potential repeat business
