Texas Licensed Microsoft Dynamics Manager

A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager to optimize and streamline Microsoft Dynamics applications in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365

Design and recommend scalable solutions to meet operational needs

Drive agile projects to ensure successful implementation and adoption of system enhancements

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a tech environment

4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Customer Service, F&O, and marketing modules

Background as a functional / technical lead with a focus on configuration

Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub

Experience in large-scale migrations, such as Salesforce to Dynamics
