As a whole, our goal for the Management Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every company new hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments including management, sales, direct marketing, and customer service. Our company offers the opportunity to grow from an entry-level client-facing role into a management position.

General Responsibilities of the Management Trainee :

• Attend sales account meetings and follow up on customer inquiries to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct interactions
• Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize company outreach
• Deliver services that exhibit the beliefs and morals of our company to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships
• Track market and campaign sales performance and reviewing data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing of the company’s new hires
