We are seeking an experienced candidate in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Solution to lead large-scale implementations and provide strategic direction for multi-country rollouts. This role requires deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM modules, system architecture, and integration best practices.
Must-Have
- Lead large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations, ensuring successful deployment and optimization.
- Act as Solution Architect for UKG Pro WFM Dimensions implementations across multiple countries.
- Proven track record in end-to-end implementation : requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout, and hypercare.
- Define system architecture aligned with business needs and drive technical excellence throughout the implementation.
- Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules : Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, Device Manager.
- Skilled in customizing modules to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience integrating UKG Pro WFM with other enterprise systems for streamlined processes and data accuracy.
- Deep expertise in WFM best practices and systems integration.

Design integrations using Dell Boomi and other platforms, following best practices and customer priorities. Knowledge of product configuration : work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules, etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed. Deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
Good-to-Have
