Base pay range

$30.00 / hr - $37.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Manage the buying and rotation of media placements across DirectTV, Roku, Dish, and other OTT platforms
• Coordinate external buys and vendor relationships for national TV spots and billboard placements
• Collaborate with cable networks and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts and manage airtime
• Support the Nutraceutical division by ensuring media placements align with branding and audience targeting goals
• Oversee TV commercial inventory, ensuring timely uploads and accurate scheduling across platforms
• Assist with brand development for the company through strategic media placement and market coordination
• Work closely with creative teams to develop commercials, coordinate voice-over production, and manage final deliverables
• Track operational elements including 800 numbers, campaign URLs, and performance metrics for media buys
• The Media Buyer will act as the primary liaison with networks to align media strategies with evolving broadcast opportunities
• Support contract-related documentation and compliance efforts with external partners

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
