Responsibilities
We're Hiring! Revolution is looking for a Team Lead to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits and overtime hours available.
In addition, this position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.
- Coordinate training with team members.
- Communicates and coordinates daily issues with other supervisors.
- Must be aware of production requirements.
- Understand the order sheet specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine issues.
- Must know and enforce all company policies.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- Management experience required.
- Extrusion experience required.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Minimum three years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Familiarity with resin conveying systems preferred.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
