You'll play a vital part in supporting culturally centered care by ensuring our services are billed with precision, respect, and integrity.
What You'll Do :
This isn't just billing - your role as a Billing Specialist / Coder involves purpose-driven work that supports wellness and healing through precise and compassionate service. As a key part of our Patient Accounts team, you'll :
- Review medical records for accurate coding (E&M, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Ensure documentation meets compliance and payer requirements
- Partner with providers to improve documentation quality
- Support clean claim submission and timely reimbursement
- Stay on top of the latest coding guidelines - and share that knowledge!
