Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer / Machinist position include :
- 3+ years of Machinist experience and 2+ years of CNC Programming experience required
- Proficient in Mastercam with the ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Conduct part inspections using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Lead, train, and delegate tasks to machinists and CNC operators
- Perform material handling, saw work, and part preparation (washing, deburring)
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency
- Maintain safety and quality standards while performing routine machine maintenance
Salary : $30.00 - $34.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
