We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with hands-on machine job shop or development manufacturing experience , especially in industries like aerospace and defense.
What You’ll Do :
Program CNC machines using Mastercam or NX
Work with specialty materials and perform complex setups holding tolerances down to .0005”
Collaborate closely with machinists to set up and run small-batch, 1–2 piece projects before moving on to the next job
Interpret blueprints, models, and technical drawings to develop precise machining programs
Troubleshoot programming and setup issues to ensure accuracy and quality
Support continuous improvement and efficiency in the machining process
What We’re Looking For :
Strong experience as a CNC Programmer in job shop or development manufacturing environments
Proficiency with Mastercam or NX programming software
Deep knowledge of specialty materials and complex machining setups
Ability to hold tight tolerances in demanding applications
Hands-on approach and willingness to partner directly with machinists on the floor
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing projects
