A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for Marketing Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance on technical solution design and architecture

Oversee engineering efforts to activate and optimize various marketing channels

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience

8+ years of progressive experience in IT, including 5+ years in CRM or Marketing Technology

3+ years of leadership experience in IT disciplines

Proven leadership of high-performance, multidisciplinary teams

Experience with Kafka, Informatica, and Java application development and integration
