At Edifecs, you will be part of an innovative Engineering team dedicated to designing and implementing a cutting-edge multi-tenant SaaS platform that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry, specifically in claims risk capture and adjustment. Your main focus will be on designing and implementing solutions for both payers and providers, ensuring that you can take initiative and drive all aspects of development.

By analyzing administrative documentation and patient medical records, we gain insights into a patient's medical history, enabling us to identify additional care needs now and in the future.

We primarily utilize Java-based solutions and AWS cloud services, working collaboratively with Site Reliability Engineers to enhance our infrastructure, security, and deployment pipelines.

You will work closely with our Product Management and Innovation teams to define and implement business requirements, playing a key role in our mission.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate within the Engineering team to understand and address product feature requirements.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable code while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to agile sprints through design, coding, reviewing, testing, and automation tasks.
• Design solutions with operational feasibility in mind through thorough analysis and problem-solving.
• Document and illustrate your solutions thoroughly with flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual aids.
• Facilitate effective communication with other departments to promote collaboration and resolve operational challenges.
• Exercise proactive autonomy aligned with business needs, requiring minimal supervision.
