Summary

Were seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead diverse teams in delivering world-class web solutions and enterprise systems. Youll play a key role in shaping technical strategy defining architectural standards mentoring engineers establishing project excellence across our consulting portfolio and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software that meets enterprise demands for performance security and scalability and meet the complex needs of our clients .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mentor and grow a team of software engineers working on enterprise-scale web solutions and digital transformation projects.
• Oversee multiple projects across clients ensuring engineering delivery exceeds expectations.
• Partner with clients architects and product leaders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from shaping roadmaps driving technical design and code quality to deployment and maintenance.
• Partner with sales and product teams to shape technical project scope technical estimates and staffing strategy.
• Manage project budgets timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation continuous learning and technical and operational excellence within the team and across the organization.
• Stay ahead of emerging web technologies and help shape the companys long-term technical vision.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
