A company is looking for a Setup Operations Manager to lead the Embedded Setup team and enhance partner enablement. Key Responsibilities Lead the Embedded Setup team to ensure accurate and timely employer setups via partners Develop and execute strategies for transitioning setup operations to partner ownership, focusing on training and enablement Design scalable training programs and improve setup tooling and automation in collaboration with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in implementation or operations, with at least 2+ years in a management role, preferably in payroll Deep knowledge of payroll complexities and experience in building training programs for external partners Strategic mindset with the ability to manage day-to-day operations while executing long-term vision Technical fluency with operational tools and comfort in learning new technologies Experience in creating high-quality documentation such as SOPs and training guides
