As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate in the Sports & Entertainment Marketing team, you will support the management and activation of key sports and entertainment properties. You'll play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and client engagement. You will have a passion for sports and entertainment, strong project management skills, attention to detail and experience in sponsorship marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the management of sports and entertainment property partnerships
- Develop and execute activation plans for marquee events and sponsorships
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Track and report on activation performance and marketing ROI
- Assist in the development of client engagement strategies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors
- Identify opportunities to enhance property value and client experience
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sports and entertainment marketing
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, or event activationStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Detail-oriented with strong analytical skillsAbility to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skillsWillingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for event supportPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
