A company is looking for a General Manager, New Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and optimize business P&L while ensuring operational efficiency

Develop and execute market positioning and strategy, achieving product-market fit

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to establish analytics and feedback loops for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

10+ years of experience in business management with a strong understanding of operations

3+ years of P&L ownership experience

Experience in professional services or technology / hyper-growth companies preferred

Demonstrated success in building and launching new business or product offerings
