Position Summary

As a Field Staff Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of behavior technicians, and families.

You will be responsible for staffing technicians, engaging families, and coordinating schedules for our team of technicians.

Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and build a career path. We offer a competitive salary ($50,000 to $60,000) with additional performance-based bonuses and opportunities for promotion.

What you will do :

  • Conduct a minimum of 50 calls per day to engage with behavior technicians and families.
  • Communicate with technicians and families, addressing their needs and concerns effectively. Facilitate successful placements of technicians with families to ensure services are delivered promptly.
  • Manage schedules for approximately 75 behavior technicians, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency, building rapport with technicians during onboarding process to ensure they embrace the Centria culture, and are ready to start work immediately following onboarding.
  • Solve complex problems and address escalated issues in a timely and professional manner, in collaboration with other teams including operations, onboarding, and recruiting to achieve common goals.

  • Excellent creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive, willingness to learn and adapt to reach targets.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred, not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, not required.

Rate

$45,000 - $60,000 plus bonus

Working Conditions

  • Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 AM 6 : 00 PM.
  • Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required.

This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
