Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive requirement gathering by working directly with the client, business, and IT teams to align technology with business strategy and goals.
- Write user stories in Jira and document in Confluence.
- Provide high quality value?adding solutions to customers using the Pega platform.
- Support Development and Testing teams in resolving any queries related to requirements with deep functional and domain expertise.
- Conduct solution demos and prepare effort estimates.
