This position is hybrid within the state of AZ only. This hybrid work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Designs and implements business intelligence and extract, transform, and load (ETL) solutions using programming, performance tuning, data modeling. Creates databases optimized for performance, implementing schema changes, and maintaining data architecture standards across all of the business’s databases. Serves as a liaison between the Database Administration department and development teams.
Support multiple application and API teams with data load, process, and standardized solutioning. Will work with multiple teams for both inbound and outbound conversations, including but not limited to the DBA team which supports all production rollout and server administration. This would require :
- Proficiency in SQL Server Procedures, Views, Schema, and performance testing / resolution
- Proficiency in SSIS or ADF for ETL loads for server to server, server to file, and file to server solutionsComplex logic flows using the best performance of both the SQL Engine and the SSIS process and programming components is desired
- Familiarity with Indexing, Execution Plans, Balance and Control processes, and asynchronous data upkeep is desired
