Team & Position Details

Our technical teams are growing! We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is dedicated to high quality production of Virtru's digital privacy products. The ideal candidate will have a natural passion for digital privacy, software development, and great user experiences. You'll have the opportunity to work with a stellar team of passionate Engineers who are collaborative, cohesive, and dedicated to producing high-quality results. We encourage curiosity and have a culture that encourages growth. As an Engineer on this team, you will be on the cutting edge of Zero-Trust - the future of data and service protection!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, UX, and other engineers to design, develop, test, and deliver new software solutions to market
• Stay on top of technology trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, and sharing what you've learned with others
• Coach and mentor other members of the technical teams
• Building software that will meaningfully impact how people approach data privacy
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where you'll touch a variety of projects and products
• Comfortable learning and developing with multiple lower level languages to build reliable, scalable background services
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle and toolchain of an application from code to deployment
