A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist who will identify and generate sales leads while collaborating with sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through telephone and electronic communications
Initiate the sales process with cold calling and follow up on potential prospects
Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring accurate records and communications
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of proven telemarketing and / or inside sales experience or a combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
Ability to master product knowledge and demonstrate a strong understanding of the organization's structure
Proficient in MS Office products and experience with CRM software preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and activity quotas
