The Business Operations team plays a pivotal role in this mission and solves some of Credit Karma's most important business problems. Business Operation leads are embedded within our organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to lead strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence. We're looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented Senior Analyst to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving company-wide planning processes and supporting critical strategic priorities.

It's all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $129,519 - $141,026 , plus equity and benefits.
