Job Summary

The Operations Manager leads manufacturing processes and personnel driving safety, quality, production efficiency, and profitability. Reporting to the Assembly Plant Manager, this role oversees departmental operations, cross-functional teams, and continuous process improvement to meet customer demands and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production department activities through core team members
• Manage cross-functional extended teams across the organization
• Develop and continuously improve processes using root cause analysis
• Promote safe work practices and superior environmental performance
• Ensure consistent manufacture of high-quality products
• Drive achievement of all departmental goals, metrics, and profitability targets
• Staff department to meet production / customer requirements while enhancing workforce flexibility
• Conduct performance evaluations and ratings for departmental staff
