Who We Are :
Crafty’s mission is to help companies craft better workplaces by providing the services and technology to deliver a modern, comprehensive food & beverage program for their employees, no matter where they work. After operating with a vertically integrated supply chain (i.e., directly fulfilling orders from Crafty-operated distribution centers) in Chicago and the Bay Area, our team launched a third party fulfillment model that has rapidly scaled our coverage into over 25 markets globally, in just a year’s time.
At Crafty, we have a diverse, high-powered team, composed of folks in technology, supply chain operations, field operations, sales, account management, and more. Our workplace is dynamic, fast-paced, and just plain fun; we pride ourselves in having an amazing mix of humans who make up our team!
The Role
At Crafty, our Talent Acquisition team takes a unique approach to recruitment. Unlike traditional recruiters who hand off candidates after an offer is accepted, our Talent Partners serve as dedicated advocates for individuals from their very first interaction with Crafty through their 90th day on the job. This means you'll own the entire journey—from initial outreach and candidate experience, through the hiring process, onboarding coordination, and early tenure support.
As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across corporate and field operations (exempt & non-exempt), partnering closely with hiring managers on sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding. But your impact doesn't stop at the offer letter. You'll coordinate orientation sessions, ensure I‑9 and provisioning are completed, align hiring managers on 30 / 60 / 90‑day plans, and track onboarding task completion to set new hires up for success.
This extended partnership model is critical to Crafty's mission of ensuring high-quality hires who meet or exceed expectations at their 90-day check-in. By maintaining continuity throughout the candidate-to-employee transition, you'll be able to provide a seamless experience, catch potential issues early, and ensure new team members have the support they need to thrive. You'll also work on strategic Talent initiatives that support Crafty's full employee lifecycle and reinforce our people-first culture.
