Technical Account Manager

Acting as the primary technical liaison for strategic clients, the full-time Technical Account Manager will ensure seamless data integrations, manage client relationships from scoping through implementation, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the main technical contact for clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for non-technical audiences Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Python and AWS services Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience in a technical role involving direct client interaction Strong SQL skills and experience with data platforms like Snowflake and Redshift Proficiency in Python and its data stack (pandas, numpy, etc.) Experience with AWS cloud services and troubleshooting distributed systems
