Job description
Owning the global paid acquisition strategy, the full-time Director of Paid Marketing will manage budgets across various channels, develop strategies for high-value customer segments, and lead performance marketing teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage acquisition budgets and optimize investments based on customer acquisition cost and long-term value Develop and implement acquisition strategies tailored to Kraken's highest-value customer segments Lead and cultivate the Performance Marketing and Affiliate/KOL teams, ensuring best-in-class execution and agency partnerships Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in multi-channel performance marketing within high-growth consumer technology, fintech, or crypto sectors Proven success in managing large-scale acquisition programs across web and mobile platforms Deep understanding of acquisition economics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and cohort analysis Experience in managing affiliate, creator, influencer, or KOL partnerships alongside traditional paid channels Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and experimentation
