Job description
Guiding families through meaningful conversations, the full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representative will handle warm leads, assist with cremation options, and ensure thoughtful follow-up while working remotely across LATAM. Key responsibilities Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process with clarity and empathy Guide families in making confident decisions regarding cremation options and manage follow-up conversations Contribute to sales activities and workflows that enhance the overall customer experience while meeting performance targets Required qualifications 2+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in B2C sales over the phone Strong phone presence and sales instincts, capable of guiding conversations and building trust Clear spoken and written English communication skills Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable managing independent follow-up rhythms Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
