Creator / Influencer Business Development Manager

AMMI is seeking a Creator / Influencer Business Development Manager to identify and on-board creators / influencers (KOC / KOL), build strong partnerships, and grow our brand presence through short-form video content and community engagement. This role combines strategic business development with content and community management across key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs / KOCs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and user growth.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, monitor performance, and optimize influencer campaigns based on data and ROI.
• Maintain a database of creator partners and campaign results.
