Associate Account Manager – Tech-to-Sales Leadership Program (MBA) Turn Your Technical Foundation into a Career in IT Consulting Sales Are you passionate about technology and business? Do you want to use your technical foundation and MBA training to solve real-world business challenges for enterprise clients? At HTC Global Services, we’re looking for analytically minded, business-driven individuals to join our Tech-to-Sales Leadership Program — a selective path designed to develop the next generation of Account Executives in the IT consulting industry. About the Role This program is designed for professionals who understand technology and want to channel that knowledge into sales and client strategy. You’ll learn how to position complex IT and digital transformation solutions that help clients modernize systems, improve operations, and achieve business outcomes. Working alongside senior Account Executives, Delivery Leaders, and Solution Architects, you’ll gain hands-on experience selling IT services across industries such as Public Sector, Banking / Finance, Education, Automotive, Manufacturing or Consumer Services. What You’ll Do Learn and apply consultative selling principles to engage executives and decision-makers. Build and manage your own sales pipeline through research, outreach, and relationship-building. Collaborate with technical delivery teams to align client needs with IT solutions. Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and client presentations while shadowing live deal pursuits. Develop into a full Account Executive role with an IT sales career with HTC Who You Are Education : MBA graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience : take your foundation in technology and pivot to into IT, consulting, business analysis, or technical sales. Sales Career Commitment : You’re intentionally choosing a career in technology sales — not exploring, but committing. Mindset : Curious, analytical, and driven to connect business problems with technical solutions. Soft Skills : Excellent communicator with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders. Why HTC?
