The Role :
Were looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR youll be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a key role in building our sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to break into tech sales and grow their career in a fast-paced high-impact environment.
What youll be doing :
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls emails LinkedIn and other channels.
Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales cycle.
Clearly articulate the value of our SaaS product and how it addresses customer pain points.
Research and identify target accounts decision-makers and business opportunities within our ICP.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize pipeline growth.
Maintain accurate data in our CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and provide regular pipeline updates.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly / monthly activity metrics (calls emails demos booked etc.).
The qualifications you need :
12 years of SDR / BDR experience in a SaaS environment ( required ).
Proven success hitting or exceeding outbound prospecting and meeting-setting targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
Growth mindset self-motivated and eager to learn.
