Primary ResponsibilitiesMonitor job file statusMaintain job file WIPsMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedReview and validate initial field documentationCreate preliminary estimateDaily job file coordination and communicationMaintain internal and external communicationsPrepare job file reportsComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit processPerform job close-outAssist other departments, as neededManage crew schedulingAfter-hours on call phone rotation participationPosition Requirements2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plusExperience in service industry environment a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to multitaskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Google WorkspaceAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD / GED preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours7 : 30am-4 : 30pm M-F, flexible to work overtime when requiredJob Type : Full-time Compensation : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
