BluPax Pharmaceuticals is an independently owned and operated pharmaceutical distributor. We partner with pharmacies of all types to bring value, quality, and dependability to the healthcare value chain.

Requirements

  • Requirements

Work closely with the CMO and other marketing associates to help implement the annual marketing plan / strategy

  • Coordinate the production and inventory of marketing materials
  • Research and manage promotional products and printed materials for ongoing needs. Coordinate process from concept, design, production, and utilization. Manage all inventory.
  • Manage customer and prospects contact lists and help develop targeted segments
  • Assist in the planning of several internal company meetings a year, including coordinating travel logistics
  • Coordinate and manage components of customer initiatives and retention programs
  • Manage all aspects of creation of internal materials
  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to the national and regional conferences, inclusive of managing related logistics and coordinating creative deliverables
  • Conduct desktop research on pharmaceutical industry in order to generate new leads and other business opportunities for the company, including helping research, tag and organize prospects
  • Help maintain and update the company's CRM

    • Other administrative responsibilities as needed
