Position Summary :

Vallen's Program Manager Supply Chain Services is a staff management position responsible for overseeing the sales, operations and profitability of several large Supply Chain Solution customers. Directs the work of multiple onsite associates and / or managers in Supply Chain Services. Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance ensuring customer needs are met within budget constraints. Provides financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories. Guarantees site compliance with inventory audits and cycle counts, and develops corrective actions when appropriate. Collaborates with onsite associates and key business leaders to ensure positive and profitable customer relationships that contribute to the achievement of Vallen's financial goals and business objectives.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Job Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Mgt, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and 7+ years of outside or inside experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a similarly applicable industry (indirect materials a plus).
