Requirements :

• Equipmentand supplies : You must own a laptop outbound phone line and haveaccess to reliable internet.
• As anIndependent AgentFull Cycle Recruiter your company will beresponsible for sourcing Clients &Candidates.
• Any costs or feesassociated with the client transactions included but not limited tobusiness cards custom apparel lead lists or referrals and specialtysoftware are available upon request topurchase.
• Wire transfers ACH creditcard processing taxes exchange rates tariffs collections legal orother direct costs associated with commission sales are deductedfrom the Recruiters commissions.
• Amonthly subscription fee of $123 to sell on behalf of FoxMore andis due prior to starting and each month thereafter. Thesubscription will also provide ZOHO Recruit Applicant Trackingsystem ATS.

A monthly service fee of $123 is due prior to starting,(prorated for the first month), then due the 1st of each month forATS / CRM, Inbound phone line access, and email / G-suite.
