Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager
Alta Planning + Design is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our Durham , North Carolina practice. This role focuses on active, multimodal, and sustainable transportation projects that impact communities across the Carolinas and the United States.
What You Will Do
- Manage a variety of transportation projects from design through construction, including budgets and schedules.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Mentor staff and contribute to internal professional development.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise to the Engineering team and collaborate with planning, landscape, data disciplines as needed.
- Prepare schedules, budgets, and scope of services for projects.
- Support regional business development.

Base pay range : $120,000 - $170,000 per year. The actual pay is based on skills and experience. The stated range is provided by Alta Planning + Design.
