Responsibilities for Legal Risk & Conflicts Analyst : Produce and provide first level analysis of reports for Conflict Check Requests relating to new business, Lateral Hires and Trade Report Requests Conduct research via internal and external sources Assist with the Audit Letter Inquiry process Analyze and produce data for new business / matters at the firm Provide Insider List, Legal Holds and Firewall support to the firm Conduct Professional Responsibility and Risk trainings to various stakeholders Qualifications for Legal Risk & Conflicts Analyst : Bachelor’s Degree 1+ year of relevant conflicts / risk experience in a law firm Experience with Legal Key, IntApp Open or similar is a plus Ability to learn quickly;
