Paralegal (Irvine)

Position : Paralegal

Location : Irvine, CA

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Work from home on Fridays)

Salary Range : $80K-$90K DOE

Schedule : Full-time

Overview :

A well-established personal injury firm in Irvine is seeking a sharp and adaptable Paralegal to support its litigation attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a strong foundation in personal injury litigation support.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive support to personal injury litigation attorneys
• Manage calendaring, e-filing, and case / file organization
• Interface with clients and assist with document preparation
• Support trial preparation, discovery, and legal research
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Organize evidence and assist with deposition preparation
