Company Overview :

A respected General Contractor performing education, municipal, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects throughout central Iowa.

Position Summary :

The QC Manager ensures all projects meet specification requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct inspections and maintain QC documentation

Manage punch lists and corrective action logs

Coordinate with PMs and field staff to maintain quality

Oversee testing, commissioning, and turnover packages

Qualifications :

4–7 years QA / QC experience in commercial construction

Strong understanding of building systems and specifications
