Key Responsibilities :

- Bring a substantial book of business to contribute to the firm's revenue goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor degree and active Bar membership in the state in which you are applying
- Proven experience as a Corporate Partner with a substantial and portable book of business.
- Strong client management and business development skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
