Job descriptionRecent experience as a Fast-Food General Manager Ability to stand and walk around the kitchen for extended periods of time. (get your steps in ya'll!) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (sometimes repetitively – getting your workout on). Proficient in English. Provide a fun and positive work environment for your team. Training and developing team members including Shift Managers Living the Good Times values of Hospitality, Respect, Integrity, and Entrepreneurship. Upholding safety and sanitation standards Daily Cash Handling Employee Relations Providing an exceptional guest experience! Own financial management, which includes food, labor, and all controllable expenses. A background check including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history will be conducted at time of offer. Please note the General Manager position could fall in line with these types of positions : General Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Manager, Supervisor, and Food and Beverage Manager.
Weekly pay, bonus potential, and benefits!
Starting Salary between 60k to 63k depending on experience!

The General Manager directly manages and is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to customer service, employee performance and development, restaurant costs, safety, facilities, administration, and corporate values.
