Were looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to help evolve our platform into a fully automated scalable and observable cloud ecosystem. Youll play a key role in defining infrastructure architecture enabling developer velocity and improving reliability and performance across our products.

After a successful first year you will have

Defined Zellos infrastructure as code deployed through GitOps workflows.

Successfully migrated key services to Google Cloud Platform.

Designed and implemented standardized CI / CD pipelines that deliver high developer velocity with strong guardrails.

Delivered tooling and visibility that improve observability performance insights and cost transparency.

What youll do

Lead the design and implementation of a secure scalable cloud platform as we migrate from IBM Cloud to Google Cloud.

Build and maintain GitOps-driven CI / CD pipelines for monorepos and microservices.

Partner with application teams to architect and deploy cloud-native solutions that improve scalability reliability and cost efficiency.

Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and related tooling.

Participate in on-call rotations contributing to incident response and postmortems.

Continuously improve platform standards automation and developer experience.

Who you are

BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience

6 years of experience in cloud engineering DevOps or software engineering roles.

Proven experience implementing CI / CD pipelines at scale (e.g. GitHub Actions ArgoCD Jenkins or Cloud Build).

Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and networking fundamentals.

Strong experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS / Azure.

Expertise in Terraform Ansible and container orchestration

Comfortable working in Linux-based environments.

Strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.

Familiarity with backend languages such as Go Python or C and databases like MongoDB MySQL or Elasticsearch is a plus
