Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.
- Maintain office supply inventory by checking stock and placing orders when necessary.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry and ensure data accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and information.Benefits
