Salary Range : $18.50 To $20.00 Hourly, Depending on Experience, Education, and Veteran Status.

Full Time Employees (30 hours+ / week) are eligible for :

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will :
- Support people who experience life with intellectual and developmental disabilities;
- Deliver person-centered care for each individual, honoring the person’s right of individual choice and self-expression;
- Maintain and promote positive living and working environments
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with individuals supported, family members, medical professionals, coworkers, community members and in documentation.
Qualifications for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) :
- Be dependable and punctual;
- Be able to lift, transfer, push / pull, maneuver and reposition 50 lbs.;
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent;
- Be able to prepare written reports via computer using proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar;
