Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator with complete Salesforce Suite expertise, specializing in Contact Center CRM rollouts and Customer Care & Billing processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in configuring and optimizing Salesforce to enhance customer engagement, streamline billing processes, and ensure a seamless customer care experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform with a focus on features relevant to Contact Center CRM and Customer Care & Billing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Contact Center CRM solutions within Salesforce.
Work closely with the billing and finance teams to streamline and enhance billing processes within Salesforce.
Integrate Salesforce with other business systems, billing platforms, and contact center tools to ensure seamless data flow.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor and analyze the performance of contact center operations, customer care, and billing processes.
Conduct training sessions for contact center agents, customer care representatives, and other Salesforce users.
